numbers.

Be sure both you and an AmeriVest loan officer have
an agreed-upon closing date.
Let an AmeriVest loan officer work with you on your
application process and keeping you informed of
insurance concerns, amortization, property taxes
and other relative items.
Familiarize yourself with current rates and closing
costs.
After

for your loan.
